Born and raised on the enchanting island of Lošinj, I knew from an early age that the kitchen would be my stage and food my language. Watching my mother effortlessly create wonders from simple ingredients sparked in me a lifelong passion for crafting flavors that leave lasting memories.
After completing culinary school, I embarked on a journey of refinement that led me to Munich, London, Copenhagen, and Hamburg—cities that shaped my style and culinary philosophy. Each destination brought new knowledge, techniques, and inspiration. A special place in my heart belongs to my internship at the legendary Alchemist in Copenhagen, one of the world’s most prestigious gastronomic temples, where I learned how food can become art, emotion, and an unforgettable experience.
My participation in the first season of Hell’s Kitchen Croatia opened the doors to a wider audience and gave me the opportunity to work alongside some of the best chefs on the Croatian culinary scene. Since then, my culinary journey has been dedicated to guests who seek more than just taste—guests who desire a story, an experience, and impeccable service.
